Two dim-witted former high school buddys and Neil Diamond fanactics, Wayne and J.D., plot to keep their friend Darren from marrying the wrong woman, a domineering and spiteful psychologist named Judith by kidnapping her and trying to set Darren up with his old high school girlfriend Sandy who plans to become a nun.

He’s found his mojo, baby, and now Austin Powers (Mike Myers) is back again in this shagadelic comedy-adventure! The “sshhh!” hits the fan when Dr. Evil and Mini-Me escape from prison. Joining forces with the superfreaky Goldmember, they kidnap Austin’s father, master spy Nigel Powers (Michael Caine), in a dastardly time-travel scheme to take over the world. Before you can say “Shake Your Booty,” Austin cruises to 1975 and teams up with sexy Foxxy Cleopatra (Beyonce Knowles) to stop Dr. Evil and Goldmember from their mischievous mayhem. Jon goes to London to be with Liz and Garfield sneaks with him. Meanwhile a deceased Queen gives everything to her cat Prince XII. Her only heir Lord Dargis becomes jealous and tries to kill Prince. Garfield & Odie sneaks out to the streets of London. Lord Dargis throws Prince in the river and ends up in the sewer of London. SMithee the butler believes he found Prince but it was really Garfield and Jon find Odie with Prince and mistakes him for Garfield. Now the Castle animals must keep Garfield safe and keep him thinking he’s royal to save their lives.

Dr. Evil uses a device he calls a “Time Machine” to travel back to 1969 and remove Austin Powers’ mojo. The sexually wounded swinger must travel back in time and, with the help of agent Felicity Shagwell, recover his vitality. Meanwhile, Dr. Evil’s personal life runs amok as he discovers love, continues to shun his son and develops a close relationship with himself. Well, actually, a clone 1/8 his size whom he dubs “Mini-Me”. The always time-baffled Dr. Evil begins his plan to put a gigantic cannon on the moon, thus turning it into a device called either “The Death Star” or “Alan Parson’s Project,” depending on which name is available.
