What if a computer disc held a code so powerful that it could change the world forever? While translating the Dead Sea Scrolls, a professor discovers a hidden formula that not only unlocks all known computer encryption, but also scientifically proves the existence of God! Now the faith of one man is the only thing standing in the way of unscrupulous government agents and deadly corporate mercenaries who will stop at nothing to get the disc.

Seagal plays a CIA covert operative who is forced into helping a team of mercenaries stage a jailbreak for a wealthy client when his best friend’s wife and son are kidnapped by the same mercenaries. All the while the CIA are in pursuit in an attempt to silence Seagal.

Jesse has to get out of Las Vegas quickly, and steals a car to drive to L.A. On the way he shoots a police man. When he makes it to L.A. he stays with Monica, a girl he has only known for a few days. As the film progresses, the police get closer to him, and the crimes escalate.
